Instructions

1
Use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner if your hair is thin or lacking volume. Apply volumizing mousse to your bangs to help with the process.
-
2
Blow dry and flat iron your bangs so they are straight. Section off your bangs and pull them up.
-
-
3
Use a fine-tooth comb and tease the back of the bangs to create volume. Comb the hair back in short strokes. The beginning height of where you tease your hair will be roughly the size of your bump. Stop when you get to the front layer of hair.
-
4
Pull the front layer of hair over the teased hair to create a smooth look. Adjust the hair so it covers the teased hair and looks smooth and finished.
-
5
Secure the hair behind the teased hair with a couple of bobby pins. Place one bobby pin through one side of the hair and place another bobby pin through the other side of the hair, creating an X-shape with the bobby pins behind the bump. If you have really long bangs, secure with a few more bobby pins.
-
6
Spray the bump with hairspray to keep it in place.
