Instructions

    • 1

Apply a light layer of eyeshadow primer on both eyelids all the way up to the brow. Dab it gently with your fingertips and let it dry about three minutes.

    • 2

Dip a fluffy eyeshadow brush in a shimmery silver or taupe eyeshadow and sweep it across the lids. Work from the inner to outer corner, sweeping the brush back and forth to distribute the shadow.

    • 3

Dip the brush in the same color and glide it inside the crease, using the same sweeping motion. Dab the same color on the lower eye, under the bottom lashes from the inner to outer corner. Blend it in well so there are no harsh lines.

    • 4

Clean off the brush and dip it in a frosty white shadow and apply it directly underneath the brow bone from the inner to outer line. Apply a small amount on the inside of each inner corner for a highlighting effect.

    • 5

Dip your index finger in some white or silver glitter and dab gently on each lid. Use caution so it does not get directly into the eye.

    • 6

Use a gel or liquid eyeliner on just the upper lid. Start in the center and draw a series of small dashes right above the lash line until you reach the outer corner of the eye. Go back to the inner corner and repeat until you reach the center dash. Connect the dashes with a steady hand.

    • 7

Apply two coats of black mascara, allowing at least two minutes to dry in between coats. Coax lashes up and out by wiggling the brush back and forth, holding it horizontally. Apply one coat of mascara to the bottom lashes. Put on a pair of false eyelashes for more dramatic eyes.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use a large fluffy blush brush to apply a shimmer white highlighting color on the cheek bones and under the eyes for a glowing, ethereal look.
