Remove stickers and labels from the wine bottle. Clean the empty bottle thoroughly with a dishwashing detergent and water, inside and out.

Dip a paintbrush into prepared coffee and paint the paper for an antiquated look. Allow the paper to dry. Burn the edges of the paper with a lighter.

Write a love letter or love poem to your boyfriend on the antiquated paper with a black pen. Personalize the letter with your boyfriend's name or pet name. Sign the letter with your name or a name that he calls you.

Cut a ribbon long enough to tie a bow around the paper. Roll up your love letter. Tie the ribbon around the letter.

Add sand or sugar to the bottom of the bottle for a beachy feel. Add confetti or beads in the same color as the ribbon for a romantic touch. Make a bow on the bottleneck with the same ribbon used for the letter.
