How to Make Comic Book Panels in Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop can be used to create and edit all types of images, from digital photographs to comic book designs. An important part of a comic book design is the panel layout, which designates how the story is shown on the page. You can create your comic book panels around the images in Photoshop using three different tools, which give a similar effect.
