Make a Bagel Christmas Ornament

Do you know somebody who just loves bagels? Here's a Christmas ornament that's simple to make and guaranteed to get a smile from even the meanest Scrooge.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

Drying Screens Or Racks
Ribbons
Silk Holly
Varnish
White Glues
Bagels
Lacquer

Step 1

Buy a plain bagel - day-old, of course!
Step 2

Dip the bagel in clear varnish, Varathane or lacquer. Dry the bagel on a rack, then dip and dry again.
Step 3

Thread a piece of plaid ribbon through the hole in the bagel. Make a loop and tie a bow at the top.
Step 4

Place a sprig of silk holly in the center of the hole. Secure the holly in place with white glue.
Step 5

Hang this unique ornament on your Christmas tree!
