How Do You Make a Ramen Noodle Costume?

Use yellow yarn for noodles.

Noodle fans can impersonate their favorite Ramen noodles by crafting a Halloween costume that uses simple, economical materials to create the look of noodles in a Ramen noodles package. Use markers and a printout of a Ramen noodles package to craft your foam board. Add strands of yellow yarn to give the effect of noodles.

Things You'll Need

• 2 pieces of foam board
• Stencils
• Markers
• Hot glue sticks
• Hot glue gun
• Decorative ribbon (three inches wide)
• Yellow yarn
• Scissors

Instructions

1. Place a piece of foam board on a flat workspace.

2. Embellish the foam board so that it looks like the front of a Ramen noodles package (your favorite flavor) using markers and stencils. Then embellish the back of the Ramen noodle package on the second piece of foam board.

3. Cut two strips of three-inch ribbon about five inches long. Hot glue the two pieces of ribbon between the two pieces of decorated foam board to create a signboard that will fit over your shoulders.

4. Cut long strips of yellow yarn to represent the Ramen noodles. Glue them on the top border behind the foam board and then throw them over the front of the foam board. Glue additional yarn strands on the front of the foam board. Allow the glue to dry.
