Yahoo! has local sites all over the world including one specific to the US. Each local site displays news, videos and photos that are specific to that location. Which local site you see is determined by the IP address of your Internet Service Provider. When you navigate to Yahoo.com, you may be redirected to a foreign Yahoo website instead of receiving the US page.

Open any Web browser and navigate to Whatismyip.com. Your IP address appears at the top of the page under "Your IP Address Is:"

Navigate to the Yahoo! Feedback page in the Web browser.

Type your IP address, your location and the URL of the Yahoo! site that you are being redirected to in the appropriate fields of the Yahoo! Feedback form.
