Internet browsers are used to communicate in different forms. People can send email (electronic mail) and video chat (e.g. Google Chat) within an Internet browser.

Media

People also use Internet browsers to listen to songs, watch movies or past television episodes, and stream radio live.

According to the World Wide Consortium (W3C), Firefox was the most commonly used Internet browser in 2009.
