The requirements for recreational marine harvest include a 20 bag limit per person each day. A limit of 5 fish per species is allowed within the 20 bag limit. Specific restrictions and possession limits may apply depending on the saltwater fish you intend to catch.

A valid state-issued fishing license is required to fish in Naples. Saltwater fishing licenses can be purchased at county tax collector's offices and at various license agents throughout the state.
