As your dinner party guests are being seated, they should draw numbers from a hat. Each number corresponds to a seat at the dinner table, which will have a key or a number in front of each plate. This way, different people can sit with different guests and get to know them over dinner. Drawing these numbers may make the dinner party awkward for some people, but they may also meet someone interesting who they would otherwise never sit beside at dinner.

At the beginning of the meal, give each guest the name of a famous person on a flash card, and tape it to their foreheads. Do not let them see the name of the famous person on the card. Over the course of the meal, they must ask questions as to who they are, gathering clues about that person through yes or no answers. This is a great game to do between dishes or right after ordering as you are waiting for your food to arrive.

At the end of the meal, have all of the guests who are paying throw their credit cards into a hat or a bowl provided by the restaurant. Then, have the server who has been working for the dinner party at the restaurant draw one of the cards out of the bowl. This card will pay for the entire meal, while everyone else gets it for free. Or, you can up the drama by drawing cards out until the last one remains. The remaining card will be used to pay for the meal.
