Step 1

Place the picture frame onto a table top.

Step 2

Sand the frame lightly with sandpaper using long strokes.

Step 3

Wipe off the sawdust with a washcloth.

Step 4

Paint the frame with acrylic paint. Allow the paint to dry.

Sand the frame again, as before.
