  • Foam upholstery cleaner

  • 2 soft cloths or rags

  • Latex gloves

  • Pot

  • Warm water

  • Hair dryer

Use a foam upholstery cleaner and a cloth to clean your Dutailier cushions.

A manufacturer of furniture including chairs and other furnishings, Dutailier's products are durable and available from a number of furniture stores as well as online. Dutailier chairs, ottomans and other furnishings include cushions that are not only washable, but are also treated with a resistant coating that protects them against fading. Spills, stains and other dirt can be cleaned without having to remove the cushion's cover, and there's no need to wash the fabric in a washer or by hand in a sink.

Tip

If your piece of Dutailier furniture contains velvet fabric, use a foam upholstery cleaner recommended for velvet and use a soft-bristle brush to improve the look of the velvet.

Warning

Do not use bleach or a bleach-related solution to clean your Dutailier furniture and cushions--bleach will damage the furniture's fabric.
