This marinade is super easy, keeps your chicken moist, and is great on the grill!!!
Things You'll Need
1-2 lbs. boneless & skinless chicken breast
Trim the fat and gristle off of your boneless skinless breasts. Poke holes in the breasts with a fork.
Prepare your marinade. Mix one part soy sauce, one part vegetable oil, and one part whiskey.
Add the breasts and the marinade to a one quart zip loc storage bag. Seal and refrigerate. Breasts should soak for at least two hours. Remove breasts, grill, and enjoy!!!
My kids don't like the strong taste of whiskey. I cut down on the whiskey by 1/2 (1/2 part whiskey to one part soy sauce and vegetable oil). Sear the chicken on the grill, and then cook completely. There's no need to buy "high quality" (expensive) whiskey.
