Things You'll Need

1. Grate the soap

Grate the bar of laundry soap into a large bowl.

2. Combine the washing soda and Borax

Add the super washing soda and Borax to the bowl.

3. Add the OxiClean

Add the OxiClean. Stir the mixture well.

4. Add the vinegar

Spray with vinegar until the mixture starts to clump.

Once the mixture starts to stick together (like a snowball), you are ready to add it to your mold.

5. Add mixture to the mold

Press the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray firmly and allow to dry for at least eight hours. You will need multiple silicone molds or ice cube trays if you want to make them all at once. You can also store the dry mixture and just make one batch at a time if you like.

6. Store and use

Remove laundry pods and store them in an airtight container. Use one pod per load of laundry. These laundry pods are safe for top loading, front loading, and HE washing machines.
