You have enough to do to prepare meals for the holidays — a few shortcuts here and there just make things a whole lot easier. Buy some pre-made pizza dough and turn three simple ingredients and 10 minutes of active time into "homemade" dinner rolls. You can spend the extra time making dessert!

Things You'll Need
1 lb pre-made pizza dough
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon flakey sea salt

Step 1
Cut the dough into 12 equal-sized pieces. Start with cutting the dough into 3 equal-sized pieces.

Step 2
Roll the pieces into balls and evenly space them out on a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3
Cover loosely with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled in size. Depending on how cold your dough (and your kitchen) is, this could take up to 3 hours.

Step 4
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Brush the balls with melted butter, then sprinkle with sea salt.

Step 5
Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
