A pot pie is a stew enclosed in a pie crust. A popular dish in Great Britain (where it is known as a “pasty”) and Australia, the variation closest to the dish we will be making in this video is the “bott boi” or “slippery noodle pot pie” make by the Pennsylvania Dutch.
