In these videos you will see demonstrations of exercises such as the dive bomber, the squat thrust, the body weight lunge, and the mountain climber. Each of these exercises is designed to help you maximize you body’s potential. The 8 Count Body Builder is just one of the exercises that our expert will demonstrate in this series of videos. This exercise, taken straight from the US Armed Forces training regimen, is a series of moves that takes your body from an upright position to a squat thrust position, to a pushup position, and finally back to standing. This is a great exercise for both your upper and lower body muscles
