Youth sports are an amazing part of any student athlete's childhood and adolescence. Youth sports are great way for kids to socialize, make friends, learn how to be good team players, and learn how to lead as well. Sports are also an excellent way to keep kids in great shape and guard against childhood obesity. For all youth sports however it is important that kids and teenagers train well before playing, in order to strengthen muscles, tendons, ligaments, and bones.
