Exercises such as the “full teaser” and the “single-leg-criss-cross” are great exercises for building core strength and toning your abdominals. Named after its founder Joseph Pilates, pilates is a great way to exercise your inner core muscles. Did you know however, that it is also beneficial to improving your body’s flexibility? Exercises such as the “double leg stretch,” the “front support stretch” and the “c-spine stretch” not only help you get in shape, but also help improve your flexibility.
