Series Summary

In these videos, our expert will teach you some basic step aerobic moves. Aerobics is a great cardiovascular workout and our expert will demonstrate several different moves such as the a-step, the tap up, the turn step, the grapevine, and the across the top step that will help you get in great shape. With only a simple aerobics step, you can perform all of the exercises that are featured in these videos. In these exercises, our expert will demonstrate the proper placement for the aerobics step and then lead you through the entire exercise step by step. In addition to the previously mentioned moves, our expert will also demonstrate the k-step, the repeater, the corner to corner step, the v-up, and jumping jacks.
