Hi, I'm Deserie Valloreo with HerbalWise. I'm here to talk with you today about aromatherapy for Seasonal Depressive Disorder. I recommend a citrus spray. Citrus is, any of the citrus family is considered uplifting and will help get you out of the funk of seasonal depression. You can go with grapefruit which is uplifting and helps boost self-esteem, lemon has a fresh clean scent, orange is also uplifting and bergamot helps balance your emotions. Any or all of these essential oils can be used to create a fragrant spray that you can use in your car, in your office, wherever you're going at any moment, you can just spray a few spritzes of it into the air and lift your mood. These are easily created by just adding up to 10 drops of any combination, or any single of the citrus essential oils to one ounce of water into a spray bottle, and then just shake it up and spray it as you like to lift your spirits. I'm Deserie Valloreo, and this is aromatherapy for Seasonal Depressive Disorder.
