Hi, I'm Jeff at Light In Shining Armor Studio, and today we're going to talk about Yoga for sinus drainage or sinus pressure. The best thing to do is alternate nostril breathing which is going to help open up the sinuses and relieving pressure. What we're going to do is we're going to put our right hand into this position where the thumb is sticking out, the first and second finger are on the palm of the hand, the third and fourth finger are up. So, you're going to close off the right nostril with the right thumb; inhale through the left nostril, retain the breath by pinching the nostril. Then, you're going to exhale through the right. Inhale through the right, retain the breath and then exhale through the left. And I'll demonstrate. "Hmmmm", "Hhhhhh", "Hmmmm", "Hhhhhhh". And you wanted to repeat that several times if you're having sinus headaches or sinus pressure. The more you do it, the more relief you'll get. And this is Jeff at Light In Shining Armor Studio. Thank you.
