Hi, my name is Tanya, and I'm an instructor at Gold's Gym. I'm going to show you a few tips that you can do to help burn fat with dumbbells. If you want to burn fat, you've got to get the heart rate up. So, let's do it. So, I've got two dumbbells here. You can use two or one. I'm just going to take two of them they are not too terribly heavy. But, I'm really just thinking about the burning the fat. So, I'm coming low, got my legs nice and wide. Kind of looks like a little axe, like you are coming down with an axe and you are just swinging. This is really working everything, upper body, lower body. And the fact that my arms are going over my head really means that the heart rate is going up. Just a swinging motion. That's all the back muscles, inner thigh. Two more, and one. That gets the heart rate going. Alright same idea. I'm going to bring my feet about shoulder width. Arms right here, got my two dumbbells any weight you want. And all I'm going to do I'm going to go down and press up. So, I'm going to squat and press straight up. Sit down. So what this is doing is working lower and upper body. Last one. So, that's legs, that's arms. One more thing. I'm just going to do like a lunge press. One foot in front one foot behind. Got my weights right here on my shoulders. Going to lower. And as I lower I'm going to press my weight straight up. Press, again that's butt, thigh, hamstring. Two more, last one. And of course you want to switch sides. But the fact that I'm really lifting weights getting that lean muscle mass, increasing metabolism. And I'm burning fat.
