Hi, my name is Tanya and I'm an instructor at Gold's Gym. I'm going to show you a few easy abdominal exercises that men can do at home. Okay, so we are going to start all the way down. Come on down. Knees to chest. I want you thinking about the abdominals and working on the thighs, the legs, this got it all guys. Let's be honest. Fingertips on the head lift off. Opposite elbow, opposite knee. It's a bicycle. So when one elbow touches the knee let the other elbow touch the floor. If you want it easier send the legs to the ceiling. That's your easiest option. But as you get stronger you are able to send the legs closer to the floor. Four, three, two, one. Pretty awesome. Alright, so here's what I want. I want you to have the legs together. Simple now legs up. Reverse curl. I want you to have a target. Aim the legs to the ceiling that's what I want. Lift. You are lifting the hips. May have trouble with this one. Great way to start. Three more, two more, last one. Keep the legs there. If they are bent I don't care. Don't cry. I want you to climb a rope. Don't have to be perfect. Again you got to target. Reach past the feet if you can. That's oblique, that's center. Four, three, two, one. Excellent. Those are three. They're fairly easy. But you can make them as hard as you want to make them.
