Hi, this is Luke from Leaf Wellness Center in Santa Monica, California. Today, we are going to be talking about basic stretches at your desk. If you sit all day, you are probably going to get tight muscles in your neck, tight muscles in your traps, and that can lead to painful headaches. So, what we are going to do is show you some basic stretches that will help alleviate that. To start simple neck stretches, include leaning your head back and forth, making sure that you feel the stretch on the side of your neck right here. You can look to the left and right, another basic stretch. The last one to do try to connect the chin to the chest and look up as high as possible. You can also stretch the pecs and the shoulder blades by putting your arms behind your back and opening up as wide as possible. Just like that, one more time. I'm Luke, and those are basic stretches at your desk.
