Hi, I'm Amy Newman, Fitness Expert for Gold's Gym and Creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you some gentle Yoga exercises. Here's some gentle Yoga exercises you can do. First, you're going to reach over, taking a deep breath, "Hmmm", "Hahhhh"; keep both sides of your buttocks equally down on the mat, looking underneath your arm, turning your head, neck is long and shoulders are in. Hold that pose for a while and then switch sides and you want to hold it pretty long. Breathing into your body, relaxing your lower extremities, pushing your shoulders in, neck is stretched out, breath into your body. "Hmmm". Then you can reach out, slide your hands out in front of you, bring your forehead down to the floor and just let go. "Hmmm", let your whole body just open up. This opens up your hips and knees and ankles and just relaxes your lower back, opens up your shoulders, "Hmmmm", breathing deeply into your body and then slowly roll up. For our spinal twist, if you don't want to do a very deep spinal twist, you can stretch your leg out, cross a foot over. Bring the opposite arm over your body; the other hand goes right by your tail bone, lift up, shoulders down and look over your shoulder. Breath deep. "Hmmm", "Hahhh". You want to hold that for about five minutes; switch legs, crossing the other, foot is flat, bring the other arm over, so we twist your lower back. Stretching up, shoulders down, look over your shoulder and relax your mind and breath deep, "Hmmm, "Hhhhh". Try to relax into every move you make. Breath. The more you breath, the more you relax, the more you open up and release. And then come forward. I'm Amy Newman.
