Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert for Gold's Gym and creator of The Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you some yoga asanas for diabetes. I'm going to stretch out one leg to the side bringing the other foot into my inner thigh, reaching over with the outer arm I'm going to look under as I reach for the foot or the ankle, breathe deep, opening up your body, breathing into your body, letting the blood flow, get in areas that are not opened up regularly, breathe into yourself. Breathe light and energy. You are going to lift up and we're going to switch sides putting the other foot into our inner thigh, bringing our outer arm over reaching over towards our foot or our ankle, looking underneath the arm with our shoulder down on our thigh. Breathe deeply, lift up, sit in Easy Pose, stretch up taking a deep breath, exhale, let it out. Relaxing with your hands on your thighs, breathe into your body stretching your spine up, visualizing your insides filled with light, all the channels in your body open. Light streaming through, relax your mind. You can interlock your arms by crossing them and bringing your palms together in a Prayer Pose, lifting your elbows up, keep your shoulders down, neck is long, breathe deep and feel your shoulder blades open up. Breathe into your body. Switch arms, crossing the other one other and doing the same thing, bringing your palms together, lifting them up, shoulders down, neck long and breathe deep. Release your hands, intertwine your fingers and press your palms out, shoulders down neck long. Stretch out your fingers, breathe deep into your hands. Bring your arms up, shoulders down and then bring your arms back down, turn your palms up and gently release your fingers. I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert for Gold's Gym, creator of The Perfect 10 Workout and those are some yoga asanas you can do for diabetes.
