Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert for Gold's Gym, creator of The Perfect 10 Workout, and I'm going to show you some yoga poses for mature men. You want to take in a deep breath and lift your arms up straight out in front of you, exhaling, twisting to the side and following your arms with your head. Take in a deep breath, exhale and go to the other side slowly. Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, come to the center, lift your arms up, keeping your shoulders down, your neck long and exhale stretching to the side. Inhale, come up, exhale stretch to the other side. Inhale, come up, exhale to the side. Inhale stretch up, and exhale to the other side. Inhale, stretch up, bring your arms down, bring your chin down towards your chest, stretch the back of your neck nice and long, feel both sides of your body equally balanced on your feet as you stand in Mountain Pose. Slowly turn your head towards one shoulder, breathe naturally, relax your shoulders, bring your face forward and go over the other shoulder. Breathe, don't hold your breath.
