Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert at Gold's Gym and creator of The Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you some yoga poses to avoid when you're pregnant. First, I'm going to show you the Child's Pose which we normally do when we're not pregnant but when you're pregnant you don't want to be curled up into a little position. The Child's Pose you bring your buttocks back towards your heels and your forehead down to the floor and you're in a cramped up position that is really not safe for when you're pregnant. Another pose that is not safe for when you're pregnant would be Corpse Pose and that would be laying on your stomach with your arms out to the side and relaxing, breathing deeply. Also, you would want to stay away from doing Cobra which is lifting up or any poses like Bow Pose which you would reach for your legs or feet and lifting up. I'm Amy Newman, and those are some yoga poses you should not do when you're pregnant.
