Hi, I'm B-boy Super King Glasses, and today we're going to be going over breakdancing warm-ups. To do this, all you're need is your dancing shoes. Before I ever start breakdancing, I usually stretch for around 30 minutes or so. This is one of the most important stretches that I use, and it helps with both flares and windmills and it goes like this. You're going to lift your leg as high as you can without any discomfort and what this does is that it stretches you out and it also helps with the strength in the outside of your leg. You can either kick like that or bring your leg behind and kick and of course you would do it to both sides. Now that we've taken care of the lower body, we now want to go to the upper body for some stretches and warm ups. The stretches and warm-ups that I like to do is like the step in front and then reach to the side. I'm going to go the other way, step and then reach and what this does is that it helps with stretching our side and our spine and helps when we're going down six step and our windmills and other great dancing moves so that we don't pull the muscle and that the muscles and joints are ready for the moves that we're going to do. And another stretch that I like to do is to stretch my neck and this helps with the head spins and also when we're down on our six step we're looking different ways and the way I like to stretch it, I like to what I call bring it around town. Then after going one way, I would then go back to the other way. I'm B-boy Super King Glasses, and today we just went over breakdancing warm-ups.
