Hi. I'm Deserie with HerbalWise. I'm here today to talk with you about health and aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils or scents for healing. And essential oils are highly concentrated liquids obtained from plants. The effects of aromatherapy and health span different systems of the body. The respiratory system is often helped by essential oils such as eucalyptus which is an expectorant can bring phylum out the system. And rosemary. Rosemary is good for all kinds of respiratory issues. And these both can be used by adding them to steaming water and inhaling the stem to clear bronchial passages. Another use of aromatherapy in a health issue is that of lavender for stress and anxiety. This can help with lowering blood pressure as well as relieving headaches.
