Hi, I'm Deserie with HerbalWise, here today to talk with you about an aromatherapy recipe for linen water. You can create a variety of scented linen water so very simply and easily in your home with only a few ingredients and those include alcohol, essential oils and distilled water. It's as simple as adding one teaspoon of alcohol to 12 drops of essential oils and then, adding a cup of distilled water. Today, I've selected grapefruit essential oil which is known for its uplifting properties. That is a great way to start the day. Other essential oils that you can use that are great for linens include lavender which is very calming and helps promote sleep. You simply mix them together and put them in a spray bottle and you've got your completed linen water. I'm Deserie with HerbalWise and this is aromatherapy recipe for linen water.
