Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert, and creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you Vajroli yoga exercises that you can do at home. What you want to do is roll down onto your back, get nice and relaxed. First, relax. Let your palms actually be flat down. breathe in deep, the breathing will help you relax. With each exhalation, relax your body. As you relax, take in a deep breath, and get ready as you bring your legs together, palms are flat, you're going to lift your legs up as you exhale. Push your sitz bones down, press your lower back in. Lift your legs, hold it there as you exhale completely. Take in another deep breath. Exhale, lower down. Relax completely, breathe deep. Deep breath, and as you exhale again, lift the legs, contracting the pelvis, squeezing the lower abdominal muscles, and rounding out your back into the mat. Exhale completely, then take in a deep breath. Exhale, lower back down. And, relax. Repeat about five times. I'm Amy Newman. Thanks for joining me as I show you how to do Vajroli yoga exercises.
