Hi, I'm Amy Newman, thanks for joining me. I'm a fitness expert, and creator of the Perfect 10 Workout. And, I'm going to show you some exercises to increase fertility if you're looking to have that special little baby. After making love is when you want to do these exercises. You go, and a great way to do it is to lay up against the wall. Slowly slide down onto the floor, get up as close to the wall as you can, and stretch your legs up into the air. Laying in this pose, with your arms relaxed, just breathe deeply. You can also put a pillow underneath your buttocks, which will also be very comfortable. It's a very comfortable pose. And, hold it for five minutes, breathing nice and deep, visualizing yourself getting pregnant, fertilizing. Mind, body, breath, altogether. Breathing deep, relaxing. Breathing deep in, exhaling slow, squeezing the abdominal muscles, visualizing fertility. Light in your pelvic region. Breathing deep. Bend your knees. And, another exercise that you can use for fertility is Bridge. Bring your hands underneath your lower back. Slide your feet out, round out your neck, and hold this pose, breathing deeply, for about five minutes. Supported Bridge. Relax into it. Again, visualizing, breathing deep. Trying not to be tense, but to relax as much as possible. Then, roll your spine down, bringing your knees into your chest. Massage your lower back, still visualizing and breathing, making your knees do a little circle. Breathe deep. And then, in the other direction. Relax, visualize, breathe deep.
