Hi, I'm Mickey Demos, Jr., Co-Founder of Biscayne Boxing and Fitness Club here in Miami. Today, we're going to talk about aerobic boxing. This is the number one tool used today for people to get in shape in, in boxing. There's, these fitness centers have sprung up all over the country, and we're going to give you a little sampling of what box aerobics is like. I'm going to warm them up, and we're going to do what we design here at Biscayne Boxing, which is called copycat boxing. I'm going to give them a combination and then, I'll tell them to get on the bags with it. They'll copy me in the mirror first; then, I'll go to the bags, when I say "Bag", and then, I'll do the counting for the movements just to give you a little bit of idea of, of aerobic, what aerobic boxing is like. Alright guys, jumping jacks,ready, yep. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two; good, left side. In, out, in, out, in, out; hap, hap, hap, hap. Very good. In and out; one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Jab, cross harder, take it out, take it out, take it out, take it out, take it out. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. Shake it out. Good. Body, body; hit, hit. Body, body; hit, hit. Body, body; hit, hit. Bag. Good. Up and down, up and down, up and down. Bring the bag on the body; bring the bag on the body, bring the bag on the body. Thirty seconds. Faster, harder. Everything nice and loose. That will give you a little bit of idea of how a box aerobics classes run.
