Hi, I'm Amy Newman, fitness expert and creator of The Perfect 10 Workout. I'm going to show you some abdominal exercises to eliminate belly fat. Lets sit with our knees bent and lean back. We are going to pull up a rope as we bring our elbow back. Then we are going to switch exhaling into it. Exhale stay leaning back, you don't want to sit all the way up. Keep leaning back not to the point where it hurts your tail bone. So, make sure that your butt is a little bit chunked up down underneath you giving you nice support. Exhale squeeze, squeeze, squeeze, squeeze exhaling. Feel it in the middle. Then we are going to twist bringing our fists in and pumping them and elbows wide apart. And see how I come into towards my knees, knees together. I'm going to open up as though I am going in slow motion and knees go to the other side squeezing. Inhale and exhale, inhale and exhale, inhale and exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale. And you can rev up the reps by doubling it on one side. Inhale, then exhale on the other, always changing the speed and doing more reps then you could before. Leaning back, little pulses, round out your lower back. Squeeze your abs as tight as you can as you pulse down. Try to feel the burn right in your abs. That burning is reducing that fat. Exhale, exhale and squeeze. Exhale and squeeze. I'm Amy Newman.
