Hi, my name is Roman Lomtadze. I play drums for a band called Send the Sages here in Los Angeles, California, and today I'm going to show you how to build a double drum pedal. So, we have the main part of a pedal, which is this part. It is usually, it's connected to the bass drum, and we have two beaters and we put beaters in these holes. We tighten them up with this key. This is called a drive shaft, and this part basically connects two pedals together. There is two screws on each side. With these screws, we can extend the whole system and it looks something like that so the effect is the same but it just gets longer. And once the pedal is built, we just connect it to the bass drum with this part, and we basically tighten it up. And this part, it has these little sharp screws here for the bottom, so when we put it on the carpet, the pedal won't move. My name is Roman Lomtadze, and this is how I build a double drum pedal.
