Hi, my name is Tricia Mann, and today we're going to talk about how to make a homemade sugar scrub. First, you need two tablespoons of organic sugar and one tablespoon of a hobo oil. We're going to go ahead and mix these together and apply it to our model Leah's face today. You kind of want to press it into the skin first to apply it all over. What's nice about sugar is it has natural Alpha Hydroxy Acids which also help to exfoliate the skin. I chose a hobo oil because it actually has a very small molecular structure which means that it's one of the very few oils that will not clog your pores but it's also very moisturizing for the skin. And you can actually rub for about anywhere from 30 seconds to about a minute. You can actually feel the sugar dissolve so it actually is not too abrasive on the skin. It's actually very gentle. Now, we're going to use a warm towel to remove the exfoliator. And that's how you do a scrub at home.
