Hello, my name is Courtney Gomez. I have been a makeup artist and skin care specialist for upwards of five years. In this video we will be making a homeopathic cystic acne skin care remedy. What you'll need is chamomile tea, chamomile essential oil, tea tree oil, vitamin E oil, graphite, Q-tip, and baking soda. We are going to be discussing two separate ways to treat cystic acne homeopathically, in a way that you can do it at home with materials you have on hand. We are going to start off with a mask. I have a cup here and in this cup we have chamomile tea. To this cup I am going to add a mixture of vitamin E oil that I have actually gotten from a vitamin E tablet that I have pricked. Mixed in with my witch hazel which is a great toner. So, I am going to add this together. And again this is a mask so you are going to actually be putting this on preferably lying down cause it's not very sticky and it just needs to, to sit on the face. The chamomile is great for calming, taking away redness and just any basic irritant that acne, especially cystic acne may cause. So, we have that there. Essential oil is highly concentrated so we are just going to be using one drop. So, watch carefully. And I got two in there that should be fine, as long as we can add a little bit of water if you drop too many drops in. We are going to also add tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is an antibacterial so it's going to clean up a lot of the bacteria on the face. Again we are going to try for one or two drops. Ah one and a half. Also to this we are going to be adding a little bit of baking soda. That kind of works as a magnet which will help bring up the oils, bring up the dirt. And we are just using a very slight amount. Okay. The main active ingredient in here is going to be the tea tree oil and the chamomile. What you are going to want to do is let this sit for awhile. You want the herbs in there to soak up the other oils, the witch hazel, and the baking soda. So, let five minutes pass like as if you were steeping tea. When you've done that we are going to kind of skip ahead and actually dump some of the water out. You are going to take this in your clean hands and we'll just pretend my hand is my face. And apply it like this, patting down. And as with any mask you are going to want to leave it on five, ten, fifteen minutes. Take deep breaths, relax and let it do it's healing magic. After you've done the mask you are going to want to cleanse your face again as before the mask and then you can apply spot treatment. So what I have here is a dampened Q-tip and I have actually ground up graphite in here. And graphite is a carbon based product and that will again help like a magnet, pull dirt, bacteria, and any other irritants from the skin. And you are just going to place over the acne and let it sit. Five, ten minutes you can wash your face off and again you are always going to want to finish off with moisturizing. Thank you for watching. Again, my name is Courtney Gomez, and this was how to make a homeopathic cystic acne skin care remedy.
