Hi, my name is Tanya Batts, I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. How to reduce double chin? The things you will need for this are, a mat and some space. Basically, if you have a double chin or double chins, you need to workout, you probably have to get some cardio in. Because double chins, if you're getting kind of, that around the neck, you might have to kind of think about getting some cardio exercise and losing a little bit of weight. But, I'm going to show you three exercises that can really tighten up the muscles. I'm going to focus on three muscles, the Mentalis muscle, the Platysma muscle, and the Sternocleidomastoid. Probably, butchered how you say those names, but I don't care. Alright, so, I'm going to start with this one. You're here, I want you to tilt your head back as far as you can and then, open your mouth as wide as you can, like ten times. So, your head's all the way back, open, and close. That is tightening up all the muscles, right here, it's pretty amazing. Got another one, I know, I look weird doing it, but just go with it. Another one, take you bottom teeth and put them in front of your top teeth. Then you're going to tilt your head back and open and close your mouth, like twelve times. So, I'm going to do that, so take your bottom teeth, put them in front of your top. Look kind of weird, tilt your head, and then tone it down, two. You want to do this about twelve times. Again, I can feel that right here, it's pretty cool. Another one, take your two fingers, of your right hand. All I'm going to do is, try to, I'm going to face you, doing this one. I'm actually trying to push my chin against my fingers, even two of them, push, push. I like two hand better, push, just tightening up all the muscles, working here too. So, that's really an amazing way to kind of tighten and tone all the muscles along the neck, I can feel that, that was pretty great. So, it's going to tighten everything. So, and if all those fail, as you can get liposuction of a chin, but doesn't that sound painful? Yes, try these exercises.
