I'm Sue Walker, and I'm going to show you an Italian meatloaf recipe. You will need measuring cups, measuring spoons, a large bowl and a small casserole dish. The ingredients are one and a half pounds of ground beef, one half pound of mild Italian sausage, one cup of cracker crumbs, one half cup of grated Parmesan cheese, three-fourths cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese, one teaspoon of salt, one eighth teaspoon of pepper, one teaspoon of dried oregano, one fourth cup of chopped onion, one egg slightly beaten and one jar of pizza sauce. Combine the eggs, three fourths cup of the pizza sauce, cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, one fourth cup of the Mozzarella cheese, onion, egg, salt, pepper and oregano in a large bowl. Mix well. Add the ground beef and the Italian sausage and continue to mix. Pour the meatloaf mixture into the casserole dish and using your hands, form it into the dish until it is firm. Bake at 350 degrees for fifty minutes. Pour the remainder of the pizza sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for ten more minutes. And that's an Italian meatloaf recipe.
