Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. I want to show you how you can get bigger biceps with push-ups. The things you will need for this are a mat and some space. Alright, I'm starting simple. I'm going to show you from the side. I'm going to take my hands maybe, yea a little bit wider than my shoulders. You want to open the hands. I'm starting on my knees. I'm going to lower and I'm going to lift. But, if you want the bigger bicep you have got to get the knees off the floor. Inhale as you lower, exhale as you lift. So, that's working biceps and I want to work them a little more. I'm going to turn my fingertips slightly outward. My hands are still nice and wide, lower and lift. That's really targeting those biceps, a little bit more. Want it harder? Lift the leg up, lower, lift. Maybe even cross the ankles, want more? Come on your elbows. That's Plank. I've got both feet on the ground, knees are off but you have the option of putting the knees down. Here's where I'm adding on. I'm going to go up and down, burning some calories, working the chest, working the biceps. Feels good, two more. One more, then take the hands wide, knock out a few more push-ups. And that's how you're going to get bigger biceps with push-ups.
