Hello. I'm Sue Walker, and I'm going to show you how to prepare a New York strip top loin steak. The ingredients you will need are: your New York top loin steak, olive oil or butter, salt, pepper, Cavender's Greek seasoning or your favorite seasoning. Make sure the steak is room temperature before cooking. Scrape off any visible fat or residue from the meat cutting process. Use a knife to do this. Brush the meat with olive oil or melted butter. Season your steaks with Cavender's seasoning or your favorite seasoning. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, using your own taste as a guide as to how much to use. Now you're ready to cook your steaks.
