Hi, I'm David Dubail, and I'm a personal trainer at Dubailfitness.com. In this clip, I'm going to show you some weightlifting exercises for seniors. You'll need some lightweight dumbells. Some great exercises would be the bicep curl. This is great for the biceps and upper body strength. And then you can come right up into shoulder press. Straight up. Ear level, and straight up. Third one really like for the back of your arms, for upper body strength, would be taking the dumbell, grabbing it like so, one hand over the other, getting a full stretch, and pressing it straight up. Make sure you don't push it straight into your head. Straight up, good. Straight up. And straight up. So that will hit your whole strength and upper body. This is Dave Dubail. Thanks for watching.
