Hi, I am David Dubail, and I am a personal trainer at DubailFitness.com. In this clip I am going to show you some chair exercises for seniors. You will need some lightweight dumbbells, you will need a chair. The first exercise is basically to stand up, sit down in a chair, chair squats. Squat down, and stand up. Now progression may be squat, hands in, and press yourself up. But eventually you want to be able to squat down, stand up all on your own. That is a big goal that we shoot for with a lot of seniors who are working out with us. The second exercise will be dumbbell curls. You sit tall, posture is always straight, shoulders back, and just hitting the basic bicep curl. It is great for getting some arm strength, and all you really need is anywhere from two to eight pound dumbbells. Another thing would be shoulder press. Ear level, and you press it straight over the head. And that will hit your upper body, and lower body. This is Dave Dubail, thanks for watching.
