Hi I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California. Today I'm going to show you how to connect to the Internet on your cellphone. This is a Verizon LG phone. All LG phones on Verizon basically have the same operation as this one. To get into the web option, you're just going to hit menu, which on this phone is going to be the OK key, so you hit OK and you'll notice that it pops up with a couple of different things, get it now messaging, contacts, recent calls, settings, tools, e-mail, IM and navigator. To get into the Internet, you're going to hit get it now on this particular phone and if you scroll all the way down you're going to see six different options and the first two are music and tones, pictures and video, those are things that are already saved on your phone. You'll see games after that and then below that you're going to see news and info. If you hit that one, news and info, that gets you into the mobile web browser. The mobile web browser is kind of like Internet Explorer or Mozilla FireFox on your computer. And if you look at it here, you'll notice that it says VZW Today and this is kind of like the home screen of the Internet browser that is on the phone. So if you go into here, you'll see a bunch of different options right over here on the right hand side, news, e-mail, entertainment, sports, the weather, My Verizon, those are all things that use the Internet. So the phone is already on the Internet and it's ready for you to go wherever you want to go after that. The majority of regular cellphones like this one, regular cellphones being a phone that is not a Blackberry or a Palm Trio or something like that or an iPhone, the operation is basically going to be the same, you just locate that mobile web browser on this phone, it is a little bit different from many other phones but in a lot of ways it is the same. And once you go into that mobile web browser it will show you a homepage like the one you just saw and it will have a bunch of different options and also a search engine where you can type in a piece of information that you're trying to look up. Now on the iPhone things are a little bit different in terms of getting on the Internet. The iPhone is basically always on the Internet, always running applications that are using the Internet. To get into the regular web browser over here on the iPhone, you're going to just locate the icon that kind of looks like a blue compass and it's called Safari. If you hit Safari it'll pop up with your Internet browser and all you can do is you can type in a URL over here at the top or you can type in something here on Google and it'll pull up that web page for you. hi, i have a nokia 5610 xpress music. there is some problem with its connection when I'm using some software like opera mini. i mean my mobile can't connect throw any software but he can connect directly. what can i do?
