"Hi my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer. I want to talk to you today about how to gain weight in your thighs. The materials you will need to really build up the thigh muscles are heavy weights, maybe a bar, load up that bar, you need some space and if you are gung ho, going hard you're going to need a spotter. So a great way to do that, you really want to increase your protein if you want to start gaining weight, but to really increase your thigh size, squats, probably the best way to do it and not just squats, I mean squats with some serious heavy weight on your shoulders. This is not serious heavy weight but I'm going to do it from the side. So if you have got a bar or even light weights if you want it, your feet may be right underneath your hips. I'm going to sit down like you're sitting down in a chair. You do not want the knee to go over the toe and come back up. We're just down and we're up, heavy, heavy weights but low reps, that's a big deal. You don't even have to do the weights if you don't want to, sitting down, lifting up. Another great thing to do, same thing, but I'm just going to turn my feet out a little bit, grabbing my weights. I'm going down, they are kind of like plea squats but I tell you what I'm feeling, inner thigh. You are working the inner thighs, legs are nice and wide, again my knee is not going over my toe so first tip, feet underneath hips, maybe a little wider as you sit down then take the second tip, toes pointed outward, lower and lift. Here's tip number three, you want to take the leg back, you can lower and lift, that's burning that thigh right there. Heavy weight, pow, lots of protein, protein shakes and those are just three great things you can do to really build those thighs up."
