Hi my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer. I want to show you just a few exercises that will really build your strength and you can do them at home. All you need to do these strength training at home are a pair of hand weights either light, heavy, whatever and a mat. Tip number one, come on down, a pair of hand weights. It doesn't matter what poundage it is. We're here, this is called the Renegade Row. You can be on your knees or just have the knees off. All I'm doing pulling one arm up, then the other, boom, that is going to work the back and you are working the core, the chest, everything. Next one, all I'm going to do is take my left knee, touch my left elbow, put it back down and do the same thing on the other side, building core, building just amazing abdominal and oblique strength. So that's number two. Here's number three, the push-up. When I think of strength training I think about the push-up. So you can be on your knees, lower, lift, inhale, exhale. You can be on your toes if you want and those are just a few things that you can really do to build your strength in the core, the chest, the arms, the back and you can do them at home.
