"I'm Stephen Taylor, endurance coach and fitness trainer through my company STtrainer.com. Today I'm going to talk about how to put on a swim cap. The materials you will need for this include a swim cap and a head. Some people struggle to put a swim cap on. I'm going to show you how to do it simply and easily. First, take the swim cap and place your thumbs inside the swim cap on the edges of the crease, like this. Then, grab the swim cap with your fingers, opening up a nice, large hole to put your head in. Then, put the swim cap on over your head, pulling it down so it covers the head. And if you're a female and you have a lot of hair unlike me, at this point you'll want to stuff the hair up inside the swim cap. The correct alignment for the swim cap is for the cap to come a little bit above the eyebrows. You want to make sure that your goggles do not overlap with the bottom of the swim cap or that will cause leaks. Some people prefer to have the swim cap above the ears. Others prefer over the ears. Wearing a swim cap will make you more streamlined in the water and will keep your hair out of your face. Now you know how to put one on simply and easily."
