"Hi, my name is Annaise Chaul. I own Brazilian Beauty Lounge. Now we're going to talk about how to get rid of ingrown hair. If you have an ingrown hair I could, I should show the ingrown hair; but we don't have right now, one ingrown. But you can squeeze them and take and remove it with a tweezer; because if you leave it there it can get inflamed and you can end up in a doctor because they can, can be very big and give you puss. To prevent, you have to shop shaving and start waxing, it's the best way to not have ingrown hairs and do the exfoliation every three days. If you have an ingrown hair already, you can put a warm compress; try to bring the hair in the surface of the skin, tweeze them out. If you don't tweeze them out, they can get inflamed and you can have a big hole, puss and you can end up in a doctor. So we don't want that. If you want to not have that anymore, just stat waxing and stop the shaving because the shaving give you ingrown hairs with the sweating mix up with the bacteria and brings the bacteria, the ingrown hair easily to the skin. So there's no way to, to think, to get them out unless you squeeze and pull them with the skin, with the tweezer. There's no oil; don't put any oil; just use the warm compress, compress on the top and try to get them out. If they don't come out all the way, you really going to get inflamed."
